This app is part of the mathematics education reform program Mathematics-IT based on the principle of learning about real and imagined worlds by learning to program apps simulating these worlds using computational mathematics in a computer game setting.

Mathematics-IT brings the university level Body&Soul program into basic school with the help of the user-friendly Codea programming platform.

This app invites the student to explore basics of beam and string mechanics with application to a famous case of resonant fluid-structure interaction with disastrous result.
